I wish to put my acquire experience to serve my country.
  • National Security to include China and Border
  • Work for Fiscal responsibilty, reduce national debt and taxes
  • Bring people together and work on racial issues. Having lived in Africa and Haiti will help me tremendously
Bringing people together, ethics in business and the Government., empower the courts to deal with greed
My brother Bob. For personal reason I do not wish to discuss the details Bob was Vice President of 7-UP for Latin America in the 1980's
Lidia Bailey was in part a good report. The Black Napoleon became so positively powerful, the French abducted him and put him to die in prison
My word is my bond, what I do I do well, my past accomplishments speak for that
The Constitution is the bible and the elected official must communicate with his constituents.

Formed letters should be a thing of the past. I dealt with those in the airlines
Contribute to nation's progressand racial unity
At 34, I was working with The Liberian President Tubman died a Pan Am Technical Assistance Program running the Liberian airport for tho Government.

I was charged with handing the African Airplanes bringing in the African head of states. A difficult task, dealing with the troops on the tarmac inexperienced drivers bring Canons on the tarmac for each formal Presidential welcome and dealing with the difficult Generals who wanted their President's plane to remain parked in front of the Passenger Terminal where the next president was to be welcomed.
Shook hands with The Lion of Judas Emperor Haiie Selassie.
The highest honor received was when President Lèopold Senghor was leaving he summoned me to his airplane and congratulated me n for the way the Robertsfield was supervised during the 9 day funeral time.

My worst job ever 3 hours of sleep maximum a night for 9 nights.

Only one or two of the presidential airplanes gave arrival time. I learned a lot about Airport Security
My first career job was with Pan American World Airways for 26 years. Also retired from the US Government after 20 years of service in Customs and Border Protection. I understand the Border.
L'homme cet Inconnu by Eugene Sue
Am not a dreamer, am satisfied to be the best I can be.
I have been a music lover of my life, I can name Haitian songs, Cuban songs and many American.

I often think about the song Harry Belafonte made famous, the "Yellow Bird" and that was written

by a Haitian musician named Bayard waking up in jail having been arrested for drunkenness and
admiring the free yellow birds
We all faced some difficulties in our life. Dealing with Biased leadership was my main issue.
They are "We The People"" and must work and act as such.

The US Constitution is their tool for conduct. Their power must used for America First
Not at all, exposure through the years to various types of government have conditioned me to run for office.

The current political climate cannot go on for long.
China continues to exert influence on part of the world , we need to identify all that is manufactured in China. Distributed by or manufactured for no longer cut it,

Country of manufacture must be shown on all packages. Until better contracts can be negotiated, I do not buy "Made in China".

The Border continues to be an issue. We must be in a position to control our Border.

The racial issues mus be addressed. Education is key to progress. We have to put the Schools in the low income communities to the same levels as others.

Senators should have 2 terms and Congressmen a maximum of 3, this is another item on my list of future projects
Mine is a Spanish one
Some compromise often required, defining the level is key.

A 30 million dollar pork compromise should be needed to help post hurricane victims
Raising revenues by the White House becomes a political hot spot. White House should present their recommendations to a House Committees
