Biography

Amanda Biela was born in Bloomington, Indiana, and lives in the Edgebrook neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. She graduated with a degree in political science and history from Illinois College and a master's degree in social sciences from the University of Chicago. Biela’s career experience includes working as a teacher for Curie Metropolitan High School and the program director with Chicago Youth Programs at Washington Park.[1]
