Johnny Mack Morrow is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 18th district, Colbert and Franklin counties. He was first elected in 1990.

Morrow currently works as a Business and Economics Instructor at Northwest Community College.

He is a member of the Alabama Education Association, Cahaba Shrine Temple, First Baptist Church of Red Ray, Franklin County Cattlemen's Association, Russellville Civitan Club, Alabama Cooperative Education Association, Marion County Farm Bureau, and the North Alabama Health Systems Agency and Project Review Committee.[1]
