Arthur Turner
Arthur L. Turner (b. December 2, 1950) was a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 9th District from 1981 to 2010. He was the Deputy Majority Leader.
Turner has served as an investigator with the Cook County State's Attorney.[1]
