Arthur Turner
Arthur L. Turner (b. December 2, 1950) was a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 9th District from 1981 to 2010. He was the Deputy Majority Leader.
Turner has served as an investigator with the Cook County State's Attorney.[1]

On November 7, 2006, Democrat Arthur Turner won re-election to the Illinois House of Representatives District 9 receiving 20,122 votes ahead of Republican Myra Bland who received 2,408 votes.[3]
