Edward Green (New Jersey)
Edward Green (1837-1896) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
He received a recess appointment from President Benjamin Harrison on October 24, 1889 and was nominated on December 16th.[1] He was confirmed by the Senate on January 27, 1890, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on October 10, 1896. Green was succeeded in this position by Andrew Kirkpatrick.
