Michael Martin (Michigan)
Michael Martin was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 61 of the Michigan House of Representatives.
Martin is a freelance author and editor, as well as a landscape artist. He has a B.A. from Western Michigan University, where he studied sociology, comparative religion, and critical theory.[1][2]

Martin ran in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 61. He ran unopposed in the August 7 Democratic primary and was defeated by incumbent Margaret O'Brien (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[3]
