Oswald Decuir
Oswald A. Decuir was a judge in the Louisiana Court of Appeal Third Circuit. He was first elected to the Third Circuit in 1992. His final term expired on December 31, 2012.[1] He did not file for re-election in 2012.[2]

Judge Decuir resides in Baton Rouge, LA. He is a former state senator.[3]
