The city of Austin held elections for city council on November 4, 2014. The candidate filing deadline was August 18, 2014. Because of redistricting and term limits, there was no incumbent for District 3.[2] Candidates included Susana Almanza, Mario Cantu, Julian Limon Fernandez, Christopher L. Hoerster, Shaun D. Ireland, Fred McGhee, Kent K. Phillips, Jose Quintero, Eric J. Rangel, Sabino "Pio" Renteria, Ricardo Turullols-Bonilla and Jose A. Valera. Because no candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote in the general election, the top two vote-getters - Almanza and Renteria - faced each other in a runoff election on December 16, 2014.[3][4] Renteria was the winner.[5]

I was born in Mexico & raised on the border towns of Ciudad Acuña & Del Rio. Got Catholic schooling to 8th grade, went to Del Rio HS, BS physics at UT Austin, & MS mathematical physics at Imperial College London.

Back in Mexico I taught science at the Polytechnic for 3 years, then had my own business making infant incubators. I got an MBA from Ibero American U, did graduate studies in philosophy at UNAM, & studied theology on my own. At one point I had a calling to continue making incubators, but for humanity. It was then that I decided to return to the US to pursue my mission. I taught science at Austin ISD from 2005 till retiring in 2019. It was during this time that I researched & discovered the Universal Principle of Civilization at Genesis 1:1a/Alef. The Universal Principle of Knowledge is simply that "the whole is made of triad parts". It must be the simplest, otherwise it wouldn't be the most general, the universal. The fundamentals of my platform to run for governor are in my 4 books @ Amazon: "PaRDeSism human science 101" (2016), "The Principle of World Caring" (2018), "PaRaDiSe the Age of Unveilment of Genesis 1:1a/Alef" (2020), and "Rescuing the Earth, PaRaDiSe app, and the American Universal Constitution" (Dec 2021). I ran for Austin City Council 2016, US House 2018 intention, US Senate 2020 write-in, & now Governor 2022. Politics is a means to an end, of my mission to proclaim this message to fix the world.

I have four daughters, divorced, & living i
  • The Universal Principle of Civilization as handy PaRaDiSe app for public policy. I'm announcing the III Millennium Manual for my campaign program. We must be whole again as at the beginning by making a holistic reconstitution of ourselves individually & as society by using the PaRaDiSe app. See "The Principle of World Caring" (2018) @ Amazon. Lesson 101 is "the whole is made of triad parts". As educator things must be made easy to understand. For example, mapping one whole into triad parts as in thinking. Whole thought as Secret-S, & triad sentence consisting of Subject as Discover-D, imaginary or spiritual, Verb as Reflect-R, complex or mental, & Object as Plain-P, real or physical. This now comes out as mnemonic acronym PaRaDiSe app.
  • Beginism democracy to rescue the Earth. We must avoid the crisis of values, the chaos of civil strife, & the collapse of civilization. See "PaRaDiSe the Age of Unveilment of Genesis 1:1a/Alef" (2020) @ Amazon. To govern requires not only a knowledge of law, but also of science & philosophy to respond to the challenges of a changing world. To provide adequate leadership in the globalized realm, we need to have a big picture & long duration view of things. All politics XXI is non-local. Our democracy is broken. There's no middle road between two extremes, there's only the High Road. I'm proposing Beginism of holistic democracy over Capitalism of dualistic duocracy & over Socialism of monistic autocracy. Beginism is based on the PaRaDiSe app.
  • American Universal Constitution as new Supreme Law of US & Texas. It's incumbent on us all by participation & consensus to institute justice in the social edifice. Gov't solely of 1st power Legislative & 2nd pw Executive; People made of 3rd pw Judicial, 4th pw News-Media, & 5th pw University. People as catch-all source of power, gov't as assigned field of powers. Triad votes 1 person, not 1 person 1 vote, to regain democracy & rid duocracy. Human rights as entitlement to work, housing, health, education, including childcare.
I'm missionary, messenger & mediator.

Since my youth I inquired why is the world broken? I naively settled that it would be fixed when I grew up, not to worry. Questing I found that the world is broken for the simple reason that we don't know how it's put together. There must be a universal principle of knowledge that explains everything that is the case & given to us from the start. Be it by omission or commission, the sages of olde have kept us in the dark.
I searched from today’s science to yesteryear's philosophy to archaic theology & found it in the most obvious place where it was put so we wouldn't miss it. Using common sense I combined the mute 1st letter of Hebrew, Alef A (א), & the 1st word of the Creation Story, BeReshIth InBeginningOf (בראשית) as Alef/BeReshith A/InBeginningOf (א/בראשית) in Genesis 1:1a/Alef.
The Universal Principle is simply "the whole is made of triad parts". It must be the simplest to be the universal. A thought is voiced as sentence consisting of Subject, Verb, & Object. Thought is secret & language is triad. Mapping one whole into triad parts is thought as Secret-S, & sentence of Subject as Discover-D, imaginary or spiritual, Verb as Reflect-R, complex or mental, & Object as Plain-P, real or physical. Thus, the PaRaDiSe app!

My mission is to put Politics on a firm footing from today's art craft to a philosophical engineering science. General Public Policy derives from the Universal Principle. See "PaRDeSism human science 101" (2016) @ A
