Henry J. Bemporad is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He joined the court on April 13, 2012, and his current term expired on April 12, 2020.[1][2]
Education
Bemporad earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985 and his J.D. from Stanford University in 1988. While at Stanford, he was an Associate Editor for the Stanford Environmental Law Journal and Co-Editor for the Stanford Law Journal.[1]
