Mack Carney was a 2011 Democratic candidate for District 86 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He was defeated by Sherra Lane in the primary on August 2, 2011.

Carney ran in the 2011 election for Mississippi House of Representatives District 86, but lost to incumbent Sherra Lane in the primary on August 2, 2011. Republican Mark Purvis defeated Brantley Bazor in the August 2 Republican primary. The general election took place on November 8, 2011.[1]
