Jesse James (Wisconsin)
Jesse James (Republican Party) is a member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing District 23. He assumed office on January 3, 2023. His current term ends on January 4, 2027.
James (Republican Party) is running for re-election to the Wisconsin State Senate to represent District 31. He declared candidacy for the general election scheduled on November 3, 2026.[source]
James also ran for re-election to the Wisconsin State Senate to represent District 23. He will not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 3, 2026.
Biography
Jesse James was born in Eau Claire, WI, and lives in Altoona, WI. He graduated from Eau Claire North High School in 1990 and went on to serve in the US Army from 1990 to 1993 and as a US Army Reserve medic from 1993-1996. He earned an associate degree in police science from Chippewa Valley Technical College in 2001. James' career experience includes working as a small business owner, a warehouse specialist, a police office, SWAT team member, and firefighter.
He has been a member of Jacob's Well Security Team, Boy Scouts of America, YMCA, AYSCO, and Eau Claire United Soccer Club. James was elected to the Wisconsin State Legislature to represent District 68. [1]
