John W. Primomo was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He began serving on the court in 1988.[1]

Education

Judge Primomo received his B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1974 and his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1976.[1]

Career

Judge Primomo began his career in 1977 as a private practice lawyer. In 1980, he became a briefing attorney for U.S. District Judge H.F. Garcia. He worked in this position until his judicial appointment in 1988.[1]
