David Wilmot

David Wilmot (1814-1868) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.

Wilmot was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Abraham Lincoln. He was commissioned on March 7, 1863, and served until his death on March 16, 1868.[1]
