2025

In 2025, Montana lawmakers enacted 33 election-related bills. One of the bills, SB 276, modifies voter ID laws by expanding the types of acceptable identification to include student photo ID cards from schools in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and Montana concealed carry permits.
