Biography
Phillip Scott lives in Spotsylvania, Virginia.[1] Scott earned a master's degree in management and leadership and a juris master from Liberty University in 2013 and 2019, respectively. His career experience includes working as a section leader and background investigator with CACI International Inc., a background investigator with USIS, and a project manager with Mike's Glass and Mirror.[2]
