Jeffrey C. Manske is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He was appointed to this position on August 1, 2001, and his current term expired on July 31, 2025.[1]

Education

Judge Manske received his B.A. degree in philosophy from Baylor University in 1983 and his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1986.[2]

Career

Judge Manske began his career in 1986 as a briefing attorney for U.S. District Judge Walter S. Smith, Jr. He then joined the law firm of Plunkett & Gibson in 1988, where he worked as an associate and then as a shareholder until September of 1997. He then worked as a partner of the law practice of Brown McCarroll from 1997 until his judicial appointment in 2001.[2]
