Dustin Howell is a magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Howell assumed office on August 13, 2021.

Howell was previously a judge for the Texas District 459 Court in Texas.[1] He was appointed by Republican Governor Greg Abbott in December 2017.[1] He did not run for election in 2018.

Howell earned his J.D. from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2008.[1]
