Brandon McGee
Brandon McGee (Democratic Party) was a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 5. He assumed office on January 9, 2013. He left office on January 7, 2022.
McGee (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Connecticut House of Representatives to represent District 5. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
McGee resigned from the Connecticut House of Representatives on January 7, 2022, to work on Gov. Ned Lamont's (D) re-election campaign.[1]

Biography
McGee earned his B.A. in political science from Alabama State University and, as of 2012, is pursuing his Master's of Science in Management & Organizational Leadership. McGee serves as Director of Network Development at Urban Alliance, Inc.[2]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 10, 2014. Incumbent Brandon McGee was unopposed in the Democratic primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[4][5]
