Keith Stretcher
Keith Stretcher (Republican Party) was a judge for Place 3 of the Texas Eleventh District Court of Appeals. Stretcher assumed office in 2019. Stretcher left office on December 31, 2020.
Stretcher was appointed to the position by Gov. Greg Abbott (R) on January 7, 2019.[1] He did not seek re-election in 2020.
Biography
Education
Stretcher earned a bachelor's degree from East Texas State University in 1976 and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1981.[1]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the Texas Eleventh District Court of Appeals, Stretcher worked as the Midland City Attorney, a position he was appointed to in 1992.[1]
