Fixing our roads, bridges, and highways; improve K-12 education and skilled jobs training; protecting our Great Lakes and lowering the cost of car insurance.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

The Fiscal policy; civil liberties; education; elections; energy & environment and healthcare.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

Being honest; trustworthy, knowledgable about finances; and guided by conservative values and beliefs.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

I am honest, trustworthy, have small business and local government experience, finance and accounting background and I am guided by conservative values.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

Serving the residents of the district and making a positive impact on their lives by the policies and laws passed in Lansing.

What legacy would you like to leave?

That I was the best representative that the residents ever had in the 52nd District.

What is your favorite holiday? Why?

My favorite holiday is Christmas because we celebrate Jesus' birthday.

What do you perceive to be your state’s greatest challenges over the next decade?

Protecting the water in our Great Lakes; educating our children; affordable college; and continual upgrades and maintenance of our roads and infrastructures.

Do you believe it’s beneficial to build relationships with other legislators? Please explain your answer.

I do believe it is beneficial to build relationships with other legislators no matter what party they are affiliated with so to work for the common good of the people and the State of Michigan.

What process do you favor for redistricting?

NOT PROPOSAL 2 which is on the ballot this November 6th!
