William Charles Adamson
William Charles Adamson was a federal judge on the General Board of Appraisers, which was renamed the United States Customs Court during his service. Adamson was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson. He was commissioned on September 22, 1917, and resigned on January 20, 1928.[1]
