Charles Bowen Howry (1844-1928) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Claims.
Howry was nominated to the Court of Claims by President Grover Cleveland. He was commissioned on January 28, 1897. He assumed senior status on March 15, 1915, and served in that capacity until his death on July 20, 1928.[1]
