Thomas Peterson (Republican Party) is a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 1. He assumed office on September 21, 2022. His current term ends on January 1, 2027.
Peterson (Republican Party) is running for re-election to the Utah House of Representatives to represent District 1. He declared candidacy for the Republican convention scheduled on April 25, 2026.[source]
Peterson was appointed to the state House on September 20, 2022, to replace Joel Ferry (R).[1]
Biography
Thomas Peterson graduated from Box Elder High School in 1996. Peterson's career experience includes working as a building official with the State of Utah. He has served as the chairman of the Uniform Building Code Commission and on the board of directors of the International Code Council.[2]
