Jarvis Dortch (Democratic Party) was a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 66. He assumed office on January 5, 2016. He left office on July 2, 2020.
Dortch (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Mississippi House of Representatives to represent District 66. He won in the general election on November 5, 2019.
Dortch was first elected to the chamber in 2015. He resigned from office on July 2, 2020, to accept a position as executive director of the Mississippi chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.[1][2]

Elections for the Mississippi House of Representatives took place in 2015. A primary election was held on August 4, 2015. The general election took place on November 3, 2015. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 27, 2015.[3] Jarvis Dortch defeated incumbent Brad Oberhousen in the Democratic primary. No Republican candidates filed for election. Dortch ran unchallenged in the District 66 general election.
