Elections for the Indiana House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 6, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 7, 2014. Incumbent Kreg Battles was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Bruce Borders was unopposed in the Republican primary. Battles resigned on May 16 and Bionca Gambill (D) was appointed on June 17. Gambill was defeated by Borders in the general election.[3][4][5]

Gambill lost to Republican candidate Bob Heaton by a margin of 10,918 to 6,791. Democratic incumbent Vern Tincher did not run for re-election.[6] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.

In the May 4th primary, Gambill defeated Kal Ellis (1,672) and Randy Carter (1,034) with 3,209 votes.[7]
