Bill Witham

Elections
Three delegate seats were available in this district so Witham advanced to the general election along with Republicans Al Phillips and Jim Pettit. In the general election he faced incumbent Charles Barkley, incumbent Kirill Reznik and Shane Robinson.
Witham lost in the general election on November 2, 2010, coming in fifth.[1]
