Wallenstein ran in the 2012 election for New Hampshire State Senate, District 8.[1] Wallenstein ran unopposed in the September 11th Democratic primary election and was defeated by incumbent Bob Odell (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
