Kevin Mahan
Kevin Mahan is a former Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 31 from 2010 to 2019. Mahan resigned on July 31, 2019, because he moved out of the district for a new job.[1]
Biography
Mahan earned his B.S. in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. His professional experience includes working as an agent for insurance company State Farm, Chief Deputy Sheriff and Sheriff of Blackford County and a patrolman for the Hartford City Police Department.

Elections for the Indiana House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 6, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 7, 2014. Incumbent Kevin A. Mahan was unopposed in the Republican primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[6][7]
2012
Mahan won re-election in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 31. Mahan ran unopposed in the May 8 Republican primary and defeated Katie Morgan (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[8][9]
2010
Mahan defeated Democratic incumbent Joseph Pearson by a margin of 7,111 to 6,121 in the November 2 general election.[10]
In the May 4 primary election, Mahan ran unopposed and received 3,222 votes. [11]
