The Republican Party of Pennsylvania is the Pennsylvania political party affiliate of the national Republican Party. The group is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The party is composed of a governing body called the State Central Committee and a chairman, both of which are elected for terms lasting from the County Biennial Organizational Meeting until successors are qualified and elected.

Lawrence Tabas was elected chairman in 2019 after serving as General Counsel for the PA Republican Party.
Tabas' professional experience includes more than 40 years practicing both election and healthcare law.[1]

- The head of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania is the state committee. The state committee is in charge of statewide party operations and oversees all party activities throughout the state.
- The state committee has two standing committees: the leadership committee and the finance committee.
- The party structure also includes county committees, temporary committees and six regional Republican caucuses.
