Linda K. Caracappa was a federal magistrate judge with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was first appointed to the court on November 17, 2000.[1] Caracappa retired from the court on October 1, 2020.[2]

Biography and Education

Judge Caracappa was born in 1950. She received her B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1971. She later earned her law degree from the Villanova University School of Law.[3]

Career

From 1975 to 1982, Ms. Caracappa worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.[3]
