Matthew Corey (R)
I will make life in CT more affordable. We must reduce the cost of energy in CT by expanding supplies & removing barriers to energy production. We must reduce price inflation by sound budgeting. And we must provide more good paying jobs by expanding apprenticeships in our skilled trades
We must make America safe & strong. I wholeheartedly Back the Blue & support stronger measures against violent crime, car theft & drug dealers.
I support REAL border reform like HR2 which means building the wall, ending sanctuary cities, deporting criminals & reinstating the Remain in Mexico policy for asylum seekers
I believe in Peace through Strength overseas. We must stop coddling terrorist regimes like Iran & stand strongly behind our allies
Robert Hyde (Cheaper Gas Groceries)
As your candidate, I’m focused on unity and progress. I believe in bringing people together, not driving them apart. I aim to build bridges in our community with a positive and inclusive campaign. My vision is one of collaboration and problem-solving, where we work hand in hand to overcome our challenges. Your support can help us achieve this vision. Together, we can create a future where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. #TogetherForProgress
Security and prosperity for all is my third key message. I’m committed to creating a safe and thriving community. Through effective policies, we can enhance our security, create jobs, and improve the quality of life for every resident. My track record and dedication prove I’m the right choice to lead us toward a brighter, more prosperous future. Let’s build a community where everyone feels secure and can pursue their dreams. Your vote can make this vision a reality. #SecureProsperity

General election race ratings
- See also: Race rating definitions and methods
Ballotpedia provides race ratings from four outlets: The Cook Political Report, Inside Elections, Sabato's Crystal Ball, and DDHQ/The Hill. Each race rating indicates if one party is perceived to have an advantage in the race and, if so, the degree of advantage:
- Safe and Solid ratings indicate that one party has a clear edge and the race is not competitive.
- Likely ratings indicate that one party has a clear edge, but an upset is possible.
- Lean ratings indicate that one party has a small edge, but the race is competitive.[2]
- Toss-up ratings indicate that neither party has an advantage.
Race ratings are informed by a number of factors, including polling, candidate quality, and election result history in the race's district or state.[3][4][5]
