Henry Noel
Henry Noel (Democratic Party) was a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Coos 5. He assumed office on December 7, 2022. He left office on December 4, 2024.
Noel (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Coos 5. He lost in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Henry Noel was born in Berlin, New Hampshire. Noel graduated from Notre-Dame High School in 1967. He earned a B.A. in English literature from Boston College. His career experience includes working at the Cog Railway, at the North Stratford Railroad, as general manager for the Berlin Mills Railway, as general manager of the Berlin Mills Railway wastewater treatment plants, and then with the City of Berlin as a lab technician and superintendent in their wastewater treatment plant. Noel served for one year on the Berlin planning board and served several years as a board member of United Way.[1]
