Albert Morris Sames (1873-1958) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on January 29, 1931 to replace William Henry Sawtelle. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 6th of that year, and received commission on February 21st. On April 1, 1946, he assumed senior status and he continued to serve in this capacity until his death on March 16, 1958. Sames was succeeded in this position by Howard Speakman.
