Mark Ervin
Mark Ervin was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 56 of the Indiana House of Representatives. Ervin was defeated by Richard Hamm in the Republican primary on May 8, 2012.[1]

Ervin is a teacher at Lincoln High School, teaching government, economics, sociology, psychology, and U.S. history classes. He also teaches as an adjunct faculty member in Richmond, Indiana at Ivy Tech Community College, teaching U.S. history classes online and on campus.[2]

Ervin ran in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 56. Ervin was defeated by Richard Hamm after running against Hamm and Doug Williamson in the Republican primary on May 8, 2012.[1] Incumbent Phillip Pflum ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[3]
