Peter Sacks
Peter Sacks is an associate justice on the Massachusetts Appeals Court.[1] He was appointed to this court in July 2016 by Republican Governor Charlie Baker. His term expires when he reaches the mandatory retirement age of 70.
Sacks previously served in the office of the Massachusetts attorney general for 28 years and was named state solicitor.
Education
Sacks received his bachelor's degree from Harvard College in 1981 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1986.[2]
