Biography
Julie Palakovich Carr earned a B.A. in biology from Boston University in 2005 and an M.S. in biology from the University of Minnesota in 2007. Her professional experience includes working as a legislative fellow for U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell, public policy manager at the American Institute of Biological Sciences, and Rockville City Council member.[1]
