Philip Preston
Philip Preston is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He has represented the Grafton 8 District from 2006 to 2010.
Preston's professional experience includes town moderator of Ashland and moderator of Ashland School District.[1]

Preston ran for election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Grafton 9. Preston advanced past the September 11 primary and was defeated in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]

2010
Preston failed to advance past the November 2, 2010, general election.
Preston advanced past the September 14 primary election. He faced Jennifer Tuthill (D), Marilyn Lieto (D), Skip Reilly (R), Jeff Shackett (R), and Paul Simard (R) in the November 2 general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Preston won re-election by finishing second for the three-seat Grafton District 8 of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, receiving 2,547 votes behind Republican Burton Williams (2,889) and ahead of Republican Margie Maybeck (2,439), Democrat Michelle Clark (2,314), Republican Robert Berti (2,287), Democrat Nancy Zurhellen (1,946), and "Others" (8).[4]
Preston raised $2,125 for his campaign, against $450 by Maybeck and $1,650 by Berti.[5]
