A special election for the position of New Hampshire House of Representatives District Hillsborough 15 was called for November 7, 2017. A primary election was held on September 19, 2017. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 30, 2017.

The seat became vacant on March 27, 2017, when Steve Vaillancourt (R) died from heart-related issues.

Erika Connors was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Albert MacArthur Jr. defeated Andy Parent in the Republican primary. Connors defeated MacArthur in the special election.
