William Fine
William I. "Bill" Fine is a former Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 12 from 2014 to 2016. He was defeated in the November 8, 2016, general election.
Biography
Fine earned his B.S. from Indiana University in 1973, J.D. from Indiana University in 1976 and M.S. in English from Purdue Calumet in 1996.[1]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 7, 2014. Incumbent Mara Candelaria Reardon was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while William I. Fine was the Republican candidate for the Lake County Circuit Court in Indiana. He was defeated by Democrat George C. Paras in the November general election.[13]
