Robert Thompson, New Hampshire Representative
Robert B. Thompson is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 9 from 2008 to 2010. Thompson was a representative-elect in Hillsborough 9 in 2012, but resigned his seat before being sworn in, citing a move to Florida.[1]

Thompson won election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Hillsborough 9. Thompson advanced past the September 11 primary and won election in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]

2010
Thompson failed to advance past the November 2, 2010, general election.
Thompson advanced past the September 14 primary election. He faced Sandra Smith (D), Linda Garrish Thomas (D), Win Hutchinson (R), Cam DeJong (R), and Mike Ball (R) in the November 2 general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Thompson was elected by finishing second in the Hillsborough 9 District of the New Hampshire House of Representatives taking one of the three potential seats there. Thompson (1,903) finished second only to James Craig (2,333). He was followed by Saghir Tahir (1,870), William Whitmore (1,854), Charles Therrien (1,546), and Winfred Hutchinson (1,487).[4] Thompson raised $510 for his campaign funds.[5]
