Judy Parker (Republican Party) is the Chief Justice of the Texas Seventh District Court of Appeals. She assumed office on January 15, 2026. Her current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Biography
Education
Parker received her bachelor's degree from Angelo State University and her J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law.[2][1]
Career

- 2008-2017: Judge, Lubbock County Court at Law No. 3
Before she was appointed to the Lubbock Country Court, Parker served as a family law judge. Prior to her service on the bench, Parker was in private practice.[1]
