Philip Osgood (b. June 20, 1953) is a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He has represented the Sullivan 4 District since winning the special election in 2005.
Osgood is a business owner.[1]

Osgood advanced past the September 14 primary election. He faced incumbent John Cloutier (D), incumbent Raymond Gagnon (D), Larry Converse (D), Joshua Hansen (D), Matthew Baird-Torney (D), Paul LaCasse (R), Marie Lozito (R), Steve Picano (R), and Charlene Lovett (R) in the November 2 general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Osgood finished second for the five-seat Sullivan 4 District in New Hampshire receiving 3,380 votes, behind Democrat Thomas Donovan(3,591), ahead of Democrats John Cloutier(3,257), Raymond Gagnon(3,196), Sandra Harris(3,185), Larry Converse(2,602), and Republicans Victor Bergeron(2,889), Chris Vinci(2,518), Ken Hall(2,427) and Ernest Bridge Jr.(1,735), and Others(11).[2]
Osgood raised $1,726 toward his campaign.
