David Ezekiel Henderson (Federal judge)
David Ezekiel Henderson (1879-1968) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.[1]
Henderson received a recess appointment from President Harry Truman on September 1, 1948, to a seat vacated by Edwin Yates Webb; he resigned on February 14, 1949.[1] Henderson was succeeded in this position by Wilson Warlick. Henderson died on July 25th, 1968.
