Karen Toles (Democratic Party) is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 25. She assumed office on January 12, 2022. Her current term ends on January 13, 2027.

Gov. Larry Hogan (R) appointed Toles to the state House on January 11, 2022, to replace Dereck Davis.[1]
Biography
Karen Toles earned a B.S. in public health from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2000 and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore Law School. Toles' career experience includes working as the president of Paramount Policy Partners, the director of community affairs and a legislative advisor with the Prince George's County Office of State's Attorney, and a political and legislative coordinator and organizer with Maryland Council No. 67 of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. She served on the board of directors and the chair of the human services policy committee of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments.[2]
