Eugene Davis Saunders (1853-1914) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

He was nominated by President Theodore Roosevelt on February 11, 1907 to fill a seat vacated by Charles Parlange. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 20th, and received commission that same day. He resigned on February 8, 1909.[1] Saunders was succeeded in this position by Rufus Edward Foster. Saunders died on October 27, 1914.
