Raymond Wesley Starr (1888-1968) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.

Starr was nominated by President Harry Truman on July 3, 1946, to a seat vacated by Fred Morton Raymond; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 23, 1946, and received commission on July 25th. He served as chief judge from 1954 until he assumed senior status on August 15, 1961. He served until his death on November 2, 1968.[1] Starr was succeeded in this position by Noel Fox.
