Patricia Bamattre-Manoukian was a judge of the California 6th District Court of Appeal. She assumed office in 1989. She left office on April 30, 2025.

Education

Bamattre-Manoukian received her B.A. in political science and psychology from the University of California - Los Angeles in 1972. In 1974, she earned her MPA from the University of Southern California. Bamattre-Manoukian received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1977, and then earned her Ph.D. in public administration from the University of Southern California in 1989.[1]
