Curtis Dwight Wilbur
Curtis Dwight Wilbur (1867-1954) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on April 18, 1929 to a seat created by 45 Stat. 1414. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 2nd of that year, and received commission that same day. On May 10, 1945, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on September 8, 1954.[1]
