Terence L. Bruiniers was an associate justice on the California First District Court of Appeal, Division Five. He was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and took office on July 30, 2009.[1] He was retained by voters in 2014.[2][3]

Education

Bruiniers received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley in 1969 and his J.D. from Boalt Hall, the University of California at Berkeley School of Law, in 1973.[4][5]

Military service

Bruiniers served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1965 to 1971.[6]
