Charles Ferguson Paul (1902-1965) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.[1]

Paul was nominated by President Dwight Eisenhower on January 11, 1960, to a seat vacated by Herbert Boreman; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 1, 1960, and received his commission on March 5th. He served as chief judge from 1963 until his death on February 17, 1965.[1]
